Taxi driver medical in Cardiff

Which doctor Cardiff will accept, how often you have to repeat it and which form they want. Councils disagree with each other on every one of those, so this is Cardiff’s answer and nobody else’s.

What Cardiff requires

“The medical practitioner must examine the applicant in person and review their NHS Summary Medical Records before completing the certificate. If unable to complete the declaration, further tests or specialist referrals may be required”
How long it lasts: 4 months from the date of completion, provided there are no changes in health
