Taxi driver medical in Surrey Heath

What Surrey Heath requires

• “It therefore requires Group 2 Standards of medical fitness as applied by the DVLA to the licensing of Large Goods Vehicle (LGV) and Public Service Vehicle (PSV) drivers, as the appropriate standard for licensed Taxi and PH drivers”
• How often: An initial assessment on a new application, then a medical report every 5 years to 45, every five years from 45 to 65, and every year after that. Certain neurological or cardiovascular conditions can mean annual forms whatever your age
• Possible exemption: PARTIAL - hold a PSV or LGV licence and produce proof of a current medical examination less than 4 months old, and you skip the medical on FIRST APPLICATION only
