Taxi driver medical in Gosport

Your own GP, or a doctor with your records

Your own practice is the straightforward route, but another doctor can do it if they have had full access to your medical history. Private clinics that request your records can qualify. One that examines you without them cannot.

“Unless you have or develop a medical condition, you will not be required to undertake a further medical until you are 45”
How long it lasts: 4 months from the date the doctor signed it
How often: At application. Then nothing further until 45 unless a condition develops, every 5 years from 45 to 65, and every year from 65
