Taxi driver medical in Tandridge

Your own GP only

Only the practice you are registered with can complete this one. You cannot shop around for a cheaper medical, and if your practice is slow to offer appointments that is the timetable you are stuck with, so book early.

What Tandridge requires

“Until the grant of a licence, the medical is only valid for 3 months, if more than 3 months has passed and the process for a licence has not been completed, a new medical will need to be provided”
How long it lasts: 3 months up to the grant of the licence. If the process takes longer than that you must provide a new medical
How often: Required as step 8 of a driver application. Tandridge publishes no age ladder or renewal interval on its public pages
Form: A medical examination report form completed by your own GP at the practice where you are registered
